On July 6 after a 10am service
we'll gather at Buckeye Woods for an all-church picnic of fun, food, and community service. We'll also use a short slice of time for conversation about these strategic shifts for the fall that will impact us for the whole year and beyond.

LIFE GROUPS: House Church helped us form authentic relationships with one another, and now that trust can deepen through Life Groups that help more specific spiritual formation to happen.
Questions: What study material could we dig into together? Who will open their home up to have people over? And then could we find some people to facilitate the group? Could one of these groups be a "theology roundtable" where we wrestle over questions we're often afraid to ask out loud?
A NEW COMMUNITY: This fall we'll return to two services in a whole new 'hood & building (I saw pre-blueprints tonight - wow!). So each service should aim to be a "community within the community" that meets at a reasonable time.
Questions: Would you consider making one of those services the one your household regularly attends and invests into? How can we each share the load to be a blessing and receive one in some way by serving? And which slots work best - 9:15am/11am or 9:30am/11:30am? Whichever one, we'll need to stick with it for the school year.
SANCTUARY: Once a month on a Sunday night (an off week for Life groups) we'll gather for Sanctuary. This is that itch many of you may feel for an extra connection with God - perhaps through an extended opportunity of worship, an alternative format of teaching/study, stretchy prayer, and so on - all to help us live life more in sync with our Lord.
Questions: This service isn't intended for young kids, so can we creatively come up with some form of child care rotation or plan for them? Maybe each Life Group takes a turn? Or hire a bunch of babysitters? Something else entirely?
COMMUNITY OUTREACH: This summer we are on a roll of reaching out, so let's keep up with God on that this fall.
Questions: What does it means for us to continue connecting with our community this fall? Who can we build relationships with now and then? Should we do the parade again? Can we somehow bless the local schools?
A FUN GETAWAY: God created joy for a reason... for us to experience it in ways that give life and build relationships. So let's do an all-ages overnight campout somewhere cheap and let those deeper connections and inside jokes get created.
Questions: Where? When?
