While some are born with a silver spoon in their mouths, Monica was born with a rubber spoon in her hand. Her resume as a professional nanny puts Mary Poppins to shame, but thankfully she's chosen to serve our babies and preschoolers instead of belt out Disney tunes. It's even rumored that wrestling matches between families wanting her to baby sit still happen in the local underground... but we didn't tell you that. |

Bret Andreasen - Kids Connection (Kid'Mo)
Somehow this "waiter by day" became a "theologian by night." Instead of trying to become the next this or that, though, he's helping kids become an emerging generation of Christ-followers. That's right... he's a guy doing children's ministry. Before you crack your first joke, though, take a look at the cowboy staring your down. That gunslinger knows a few tricks and you don't want to be on the other end of his cap gun, partner. |

Mike Edwards - Worship Connection
As you well know, if a person has ever had a mullet and had a picture taken of it at some point in their life, it will inevidentably show up on the internet. We've chosen to forgive our lead worshipper for this error in hair, though, and embraced the amazing skills and raw heart for God Mike blesses us with every week. Although... there was that summer he played in a Brit-rock cover band. Anybody got pictures on that one, too? |

Rosemary Edwards - Administrative Connection
Behind that warm smile and those wise words is a former hippie who encountered the love of Jesus Christ and hasn't looked back since. We haven't seen her drive a VW Bus yet, but we do often find her on her knees praying for the people inside and outside Connection Church. While we appreciate her keeping things sane for us administratively, we all await the day when she leans across the staff table and bops her son on the head. |

Jon Jaroska - Life Connection
We're still not sure how we snagged former teen model and Saved By The Bell cast member Jon Jaroska to stoke the flame of all our ministries and groups that build community. We don't care, though, because his keen mind, sharp wit, and passion for authentic and lasting life change overshadows any demands he places on us for chilled Evian water. Just don't even think about hiding his cell phone from him, though. |

Tony Myles - Lead Pastor
Although his career as the next Karate Kid never quite took off, our lead pastor Tony did manage to snag 1.3 seconds in a Bon Jovi video. After he stumbled into Jesus Christ and ministry, Tony engaged in some amazing opportunities he can only credit God for (but he does really like bragging about that Bon Jovi video). Maybe that's why we let him lead and teach us about God... it gives us all hope. |

Obviously, these folks are on a journey with God... just like you.
The cool thing is they'd love to help you get to know Him better.
He is the One who gave some the gift to be apostles.
He gave some the gift to be prophets.
He gave some the gift of preaching the good news.
And He gave some the gift to be pastors and teachers.
He did it so that they might prepare God's people to serve.
If they do, the body of Christ will be built up.
That will continue until we all become one in the faith and in the knowledge of God's Son.
Then we will be grown up in the faith. We will receive everything that Christ has for us.
