Teresa Anderson - Administrative Connection
Somehow our amazing admin gal survived the 1980's without too any pastels permanently taking over her wardrobe. In addition to being our resident expert on all things Wayne and Garth, Teresa crunches the numbers and keeps things sane for us while also adding a much needed empathetic voice of wisdom to key decisions.

Michele Beihlarz - Kids Connection
No, the "Big Bang" theory did not begin with Michelle's retro hairdo, but her big heart does authentically enable her to bless the children of Connection Church on a weekly basis. When she's not enjoying hanging out with kids, she usually found spinning the plates at home as a full-time mom/wife and shaking her head in disbelief at the antics of the "boys" on our staff.

Mike Edwards - Worship Connection
As you well know, if a person has ever had a mullet and took a picture of it at some point in their life, it will always show up on the internet. We've forgiven our lead worshipper for this error in hair, though, and embraced the amazing skills and raw heart for God Mike blesses us with every week. Although... there was that summer he played in a British rock band.

Jon Jaroska - Life Connection
We're still not sure how we snagged former teen model and Saved By The Bell cast member Jon Jaroska to stoke the flame of all our ministries and groups that build community. We don't care, though, for his keen mind, sharp wit, and passion for authentic and lasting life change overshadows any demands he places on us for chilled Evian water.

Tony Myles - Lead Pastor
Although his career as the next Karate Kid never quite took off, our lead pastor Tony bounced back and sort of stumbled into Jesus Christ and ministry. While his resume reflects opportunities that he can only credit God for, he really likes bragging about his 2.3 seconds in a Bon Jovi video. Maybe that's why we let him teach us about God... it gives us all hope..
