We recognize that being a good caretaker of what has given us to manage means living beyond ourselves, so we as a church seek to model healthy finances and honor God through a 10/10/80 plan we are in the process of pursuing:

10: Tithe – worshipping God with the first 10%.
	5% local missions/church planting
	5% global missions/pandemics
10: Banking for the future with the next 10%.
	5% benevolence fund
	5% savings
80: Living off of what's left.
	50% human resources
	30% administrative resources
