As a church we seek to model healthy finances and
honor God through a "firstfruits" plan of operation:

1) Tithe – worshipping God first.
	We send the first 11% that comes in out to other ministries we believe in and have no authority over:
	5% local missions/church planting (Cups Cafe, Birthcare of Medina, Westedge Cleveland)
	6% global missions/pandemics (Gospel Harvest Ministries in Nairobi, The Reckoning)
2) Banking for the future.
	It is our goal to build a benevolence fund, create at least four months of savings, and operate debt-free.
3) Living off of what's left.
	We make an equal investment into human and administrative resources to meet our present and future needs. This includes raising money for specific projects to stay bold people of faith who operate debt-free.
