We are not one particular denomination, but are a Bible-based, Christ-centered church with an interdenominational focus in order to serve people from all spiritual backgrounds (including those who haven't yet discovered that God exists and is already a part of their lives).

It might be easier to just say we're non-denominational, but that may sound like we're against denominations. We're not, and celebrate what God is doing in many evangelical circles.

Think of it this way - imagine that all the churches in town want to be a part of a football league. Everyone puts on a jersey and starts playing... some play by the official rules, while others make up their own and change the very nature of the game. While we can't play with that latter group who keeps changing the rules, we do enjoy being the "pick-up" game for the rest who agree on the basics. All those players (and anyone wanting to become one) are welcome to wear their jerseys in the God-defined field we call Connection Church... let's truly enjoy the game together in all its purity.
